| Have you been advised
that your sash windows are beyond repair and need to
be replaced?
In many instances replacement joinery is not the only
option, as can be seen from the before and after photographs
where no joinery was used. With the use of resin specifically
formulated to avoid replacement joinery, a permanent
restoration is a very viable option at a fraction of
the cost.
Refurbishing sash windows with resin will also retain
and conserve your existing windows leaving you with
as much of the original quality timber as possible.
One of the major advantages of resin is the decoration
life. Due to the weak points on windows and doors the
average decoration life is between 3 and 5 years. Once
resin conservation work is completed this will be extended
to an average of 7 to 10 years, which is a major cost
saving particularly on any window above ground level.
Using this option work can be carried out quicker and
there is no delay for new joinery, and the repair is
a permanent one. |
